- SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
- All subscriptions are billed monthly
- Billing occurs on the same date each month
- Monthly charges:
- Weekly Plan: $79/month
- Biweekly Plan: $59/month
- Monthly Plan: $39/month
- Emergen-Sheet service: $29 per use, billed immediately
- All prices in USD and include standard shipping
- Payment methods: Credit card, debit card
- Failed payments must be resolved within 48 hours to maintain service
- DELIVERY AND RETURNS
- Returns required before next scheduled delivery
- Pre-paid return bags provided with each delivery
- Lost/unreturned sheets: $45 replacement fee
- Delivery schedule based on chosen plan:
- Weekly: Every 7 days
- Biweekly: Every 14 days
- Monthly: Every 30 days
- Schedule maintained regardless of billing cycle
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Changes to delivery frequency effective next billing cycle
- Service pause available:
- Maximum 3 months
- Must notify before billing date
- Holiday/break periods require advance notice
- Cancellation requires 7-day notice before next billing date
- Pro-rated refunds not available for mid-month cancellations
- PRODUCT CARE AND LIABILITY
- Sheets must be returned free of:
- Excessive stains
- Permanent damage
- Biohazardous materials
- Damage fees assessed on monthly bill
- Service termination possible for repeated misuse
- EMERGEN-SHEET SERVICE
- 3 uses maximum per semester
- $29 fee added to next monthly bill
- Available to active subscribers only
- 24-hour delivery when possible
